
Dallas Wolf, Director and Senior Consultant at White Wolf, brings more than 35 years of successful operations and business management experience in the high technology industry.
Trained at the U.S. Naval Academy, Dallas served as an Engineer in U.S. Navy Destroyers toward the end of the Viet Nam War.
Dallas continued serving the military war fighter as a civilian service contractor in various technical management capacities including, Reactivation of the Iowa Class Battleships in the 1980’s and Fleet Introduction of the Spruance Class Guided Missile Destroyers and Arleigh Burke Class AEGIS Cruisers.
Over his varied career, Dallas specialized in managing business unit start-ups and turnarounds of troubled business acquisitions and operating divisions. This provided him with nearly equal measures of operational and business development experience in the high tech services industry for both Commercial and DoD/Government clients.
Dallas is especially well-versed and experienced in the advantages of Tribally owned 8(a) Federal contracting, for the benefit of the Government and for business partners as well as for the Tribes themselves.
He has exercised Operational Management, P&L, and Business Development responsibility for business units all over the U.S., managing client relationships with numerous Fortune 500 companies as well as Federal, State, County, and City government agencies across the country.
